What to include
Provide your account email, order/content ID, clear description, relevant dates and screenshots. Never send your password, OTP, recovery code, full card number or CVV.
Complaint tracking
Pretali should acknowledge complaints with a ticket/reference number and communicate material updates. Provider, carrier and cross-border investigations can take longer.
