1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or purchasing through Pretali ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.

2. Marketplace Model & Settlement Holds

Pretali provides a video-first marketplace connecting independent sellers and creators with buyers. After a verified payment, the order is recorded and the seller's eligible balance remains unavailable for withdrawal until delivery, the applicable return window and unresolved disputes are cleared. Payment providers process customer funds; Pretali does not represent that it operates a regulated bank escrow account.

3. Video Commerce & "Shop the Look"

Creators and brands can upload vertical product Sclips and tag multiple items ("Shop the Look"). Product descriptions, pricing, colorways, and sizes shown in Sclips must accurately represent the physical goods delivered to buyers.

4. User Conduct & Prohibited Items

Users may not upload counterfeit goods, copyright-infringing media, illicit substances, or defamatory content. Accounts violating marketplace standards are subject to content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, payout holds where justified, and review under applicable law.

5. Returns, Cancellations & Disputes

Buyers may request an eligible cancellation or return within the policy displayed for the order, subject to mandatory consumer rights. A non-delivery, damage, counterfeit or material-misdescription dispute can hold seller settlement while an authorised reviewer evaluates order, tracking and submitted evidence.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pretali acts as a facilitator and platform provider. Sellers are solely responsible for product manufacturing quality, regulatory warranties, and merchant compliance.
