FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last Updated: September 6, 2026
1. Seller-managed fulfilment
Sellers currently arrange fulfilment using a lawful carrier that serves the origin and destination. Pretali does not automatically book third-party courier pickups and does not guarantee carrier coverage.
2. Delivery charges and serviceability
- Seller-set charges: Delivery charges shown at checkout come from the applicable seller/order configuration; Pretali does not promise a universal free-shipping threshold.
- Serviceability: Sellers must confirm that their carrier can serve the buyer's address before dispatch.
- Cross-border orders: Worldwide availability depends on the seller, carrier, product restrictions, destination law, customs and payment-provider support.
3. Dispatch and tracking
Sellers must package goods safely, dispatch within the stated timeframe and provide valid carrier/tracking details when available. Shipping labels, pickup booking and carrier scans are managed outside Pretali unless a future integration is expressly announced.
4. Returns and delivery disputes
- Buyer request: The buyer submits an eligible request within the displayed window with a reason and useful evidence.
- Review: The seller or an authorised Pretali administrator reviews the request and any dispute.
- Return shipping: The responsible party arranges return carriage under the displayed policy or applicable law; automatic reverse pickup is not currently provided.
- Resolution: Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route where possible, subject to provider processing and lawful deductions.
