Pretali ("we", "our", or "the Platform") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, process, and safeguard personal data when you interact with our video commerce marketplace.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Data: Name, email address, password hash, phone number, and optional profile avatar.
• Seller Information: Boutique store name, category, dispatch address, PIN code, and verified payout credentials.
• Order & Delivery Data: Shipping address, delivery phone number, seller-entered shipping charges, tracking information, order status and invoice records.
• Video & Content Data: Sclips uploaded by creators, tagged product links, comments, and buyer review photos.

3. Payment & Security

We do not store complete debit or credit card numbers on our servers. Eligible orders are processed through supported payment providers in an available transaction currency. Payment providers receive the information required to create, verify, refund and investigate transactions.

4. Delivery & Third-Party Services

Order and delivery details are shared with the seller and may be disclosed to payment, delivery, fraud-prevention or support providers only as needed to fulfil the order, operate the service, investigate a case or meet legal obligations. Pretali does not currently provide an automatic third-party courier pickup integration.

5. Push Notifications & Communications

With device permission, we use device push-notification tokens to send supported account, order, return, payout and security updates. Notification availability varies by device and workflow, and notifications can be disabled in device settings.
