Account & Data Deletion
How a normal user can permanently delete an account and what limited records may be retained.

Delete in the app
- Open Profile.
- Select Account & security.
- Enter the current password, type DELETE, and confirm.
Deletion is blocked while an order, return or seller payout remains active.
What is deleted
The workflow removes profile, delivery addresses, cart, social activity, messages, notifications, uploaded media and Sclips. Seller listings are withdrawn and scrubbed.
Limited retention
Completed order, payment, payout, refund, tax, security and dispute records may be retained in anonymised or restricted form where required for accounting, fraud prevention or legal claims.
