Prohibited

• Illegal goods, controlled drugs, weapons, explosives and stolen property.
• Counterfeits, piracy tools and intellectual-property infringement.
• Human exploitation, sexual services, child sexual abuse material and non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Fraud tools, malware, hacked accounts, fake identity documents and payment circumvention.
• Hazardous, recalled or unsafe goods that cannot lawfully be shipped.

Restricted or approval-required

Alcohol, nicotine, medical products, supplements, regulated cosmetics, food, plants, precious metals, adult products and batteries may require licences, age controls, disclosures and shipping restrictions—or may be unavailable.

Seller responsibility

Sellers must follow origin, destination, customs, labelling, product-safety, tax and consumer laws. Pretali may request invoices, licences, test reports or authenticity evidence.
