Payments, Currency & Seller Payouts
How domestic and international checkout, exchange rates, escrow, fees and seller payout review work.

Payment routes
Eligible orders use supported payment providers and currencies based on the buyer, seller, transaction region, and provider availability.
Currency conversion
Pretali sends the supported payment provider the displayed order amount and ISO currency. If the buyer funds it in another currency, the buyer's provider shows and applies the exchange rate and fees. Pretali does not promise a rate.
Verification and refunds
An order is confirmed only after the provider verifies its amount, currency and completion. Approved refunds use the original route where possible.
Seller balances and payouts
Balances remain separated by settlement currency. Funds may be held for delivery, return, dispute, fraud, chargeback or compliance review. Payout requests require admin approval and may be manually settled; receipt is not guaranteed instantly.
