User obligations
Upload only content you own or may lawfully use. Names, logos, photos, music, video and descriptions must not infringe others' rights.
Submit a complaint
Email support@pretali.com with your identity/contact details, the protected work or mark, exact Pretali URL/ID, claim basis, good-faith and accuracy/authority statements, and signature. Pretali may request ownership evidence.
Review and response
Pretali may restrict material during review and notify the uploader. Affected users may provide evidence of authorisation, ownership or mistake. Repeat infringement can result in account restrictions.
